This Privacy Policy explains how the Android app “QuickCompress” (the “App”) handles information.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.

Selecting, compressing, sharing, and (when you choose) saving images are processed entirely on your device. Image data is not sent to our servers. The App does not operate its own backend server.

3. Data Handled on Your Device

• Photos you select (used only on-device for compression)
• Temporary share files (app-private cache; not saved to your gallery; older files are cleaned on the next direct share, when saving to album, or on app launch)
• Compressed images saved to the device gallery folder “Pictures/QuickCompress” only when you tap “Save to album”

Compressed output does not include EXIF metadata such as capture time or GPS location.

4. Ads and Analytics

The App currently does not use advertising or analytics SDKs. If AdMob or similar services are added later, this page will be updated and Google’s advertising and privacy requirements will be followed.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties.

If you share an image to another app (for example LINE, WeChat, Instagram, or X), that app’s own privacy policy applies after you choose to share.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children.

本ポリシーは、Android アプリ「QuickCompress」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。

画像の選択・圧縮・共有、および（ユーザーが選んだ場合の）保存はすべて端末内で処理されます。画像データが当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（本アプリは独自サーバーを使用しません）。

3. 端末内で扱うデータ

• ユーザーが選択した写真（圧縮処理のため端末内でのみ使用）
• 共有用の一時ファイル（アプリ専用キャッシュ。アルバムには保存せず、次回の直接共有・アルバム保存・起動時に古いファイルを整理）
• ユーザーが「アルバムに保存」を選んだ場合のみ、圧縮後の画像を端末アルバム「Pictures/QuickCompress」に保存

圧縮時、撮影日時・位置情報などの EXIF メタデータは出力ファイルに含めません。

4. 広告・分析について

現時点では広告 SDK・分析 SDK を使用していません。将来 AdMob 等を導入する場合は、本ページを更新し、Google の広告・プライバシー設定に従います。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは個人情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

ユーザーが他のアプリ（LINE、微信、Instagram、X など）へ共有した場合、共有先アプリのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けに設計されたものではありません。
